Lotuscrafts goes Yin Yoga!
Yin Yoga - for us at Lotuscrafts, that means gentle relaxation and letting go, feeling your own body, looking inwards and escaping the rush of everyday life - accepting slowness and stillness.
Yin Yoga is unimaginable for us without good tools, because only with this support can our body gently experience the positive, revitalizing and harmonizing effects of Yin Yoga practice.
For this reason, this year we have focused on producing a new collection entirely dedicated to the gentle practice of Yin Yoga: the Restorative Yin Yoga Collection.
For this collection we got "celebrity support" from the experienced and inspiring Yin Yoga teacher Helga Baumgartner . In cooperation with her and the yoga video portal yogamehome, a total of four Yin Yoga videos were created, which we would like to present to you here on the blog in the next few weeks.
In addition to the videos that introduce you to four different Yin Yoga asanas, which you can gradually try out at home, we also dedicate ourselves to the topic of Yin Yoga on Facebook and Instagram. Check out both channels from time to time, because you not only have the opportunity to win products, but also get to know our new collection better.
And pssst, there might also be something to win here on the blog in the next few weeks.
If you are wondering what exactly Yin Yoga is and what defines this direction, you will find detailed answers and information from our author Katharina here .
And the most important thing at the end: Here you will find our new collection, consisting of the GOTS-certified yoga roll Restorative, which is available in seven different colors and our popular Mehera Shaw pattern, and the yoga bolsters Restorative in both sizes S & L. As always Both products are made from pure organic cotton and meet our standards for fair and sustainable trade.
We look forward to exciting Yin Yoga weeks with you!
